Through ongoing client engagement, you identify and substantiate opportunities for improvement and expansion across maturity levels—opportunities that our Key Account Managers subsequently implement. Working with a growing team of Solutions Consultants and Customer Partnership Managers, you build a high-performing consulting and project organization.
Operating at the same level as the Head of Sales, you oversee Olmatic’s revenue operations and report directly to the CEO.
- Advising and supporting clients across all stages of the "visions" maturity model—from potential analysis to full schedule optimization
- Developing effective solutions based on client challenges and driving their implementation
- Leading all client projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial rollout and strategic/risk planning to go-live and ongoing operations
- Systematically identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion, and ensuring a structured handover to Key Account Managers
- Providing strategic advice to clients on a peer-to-peer level during annual and strategic reviews
- Overseeing regular performance reporting and strategic discussions with client decision-makers
- Serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and technical escalations
- Sharing responsibility for revenue targets within the existing client portfolio (expansion, contract renewals, and retention)—in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Holding budget and P&L responsibility for the Customer Partnership division
- Actively contributing to revenue and corporate strategy, as well as the achievement of corporate goals, as part of the leadership team
- Preparing revenue forecasts and reports for the CEO
- Building and leading the Customer Partnership division—including workforce planning, recruitment, and establishing scalable consulting and project structures
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product/Technology, and Finance teams
